Information you choose to provide
If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments through email services. We use that information to respond, investigate a correction or technical problem, and handle privacy or rights requests. Please send only what is needed and omit account passwords or sensitive documents. The website has no registration, payment, file-upload or public-comment feature.
Squads, shortlists and local storage
Saved character IDs, selected roster IDs, and up to 3 named squad presets with notes are kept in local storage in the browser where you create them. The planner processes them on your device. It does not upload them to Mirror Index, synchronize them across devices or access a game account. These values remain until you delete them, clear browser data or your browser removes them. Private browsing may remove them when the session ends.
JSON and TXT exports are downloads you control; files include the squad information and any notes you choose to export. A squad share link contains only selected character IDs in its URL fragment, not preset names or notes. Anyone receiving that link can see the selected characters. Your browser or messaging application may keep a copy of a link or download independently of this site.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our site code does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies or load tracking pixels or web beacons. It uses local storage for the features you select. Cookie blocking and local-storage blocking are not always the same browser setting. See the Cookie & Storage Policy for the actual storage names, purposes and deletion controls.
Hosting, security and fonts
When the public site is hosted on Cloudflare, it receives request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time to deliver pages and protect the service. Cloudflare may use security cookies depending on the protections enabled. We do not describe every Cloudflare cookie as active merely because Cloudflare is the host. Its processing, retention and international-transfer information is explained in the Cloudflare privacy policy and cookie documentation.
Styles load fonts from Google Fonts. Those requests share network information, including your IP address and browser request headers, with Google to deliver font files. See Google’s privacy policy. Character images are served with the site. Official-source links open third-party sites only when you follow them; their policies then apply.
Advertising and analytics status
No Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon or other advertising network is included in this build. We do not sell squad notes or use them to create advertising profiles.
What changes if advertising is introduced?
Before enabling advertising, we will update this notice with the active vendors and provide the consent controls required for the configured services and visitor regions. Google and other ad providers may then use cookies, web beacons and IP addresses to deliver or measure advertising, including personalization based on visits across websites. Google’s advertising cookies can support ads from Google and its partners. Personalization controls are available at Google Ads Settings; participating vendors also offer choices through AboutAds. See Google’s explanation for partner sites. This is a description of a possible future change, not a claim that ad tracking is active now.
Use, retention and disclosure
We use contact messages to handle the issue you raise and retain relevant correspondence for as long as needed to resolve it, address follow-up matters or meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion through the privacy address. Hosting and email providers process technical information under their own service terms; we do not claim a fixed provider-log retention period that we have not verified. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address security abuse.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can remove local tool data without contacting us. Use the controls on our Cookie & Storage Policy or clear this site’s browser storage. We cannot remotely recover or delete data that exists only in your browser or exported files. For messages or other information you have sent us, email hi@mirrorshightierlist.com. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may contact your local data protection authority. We may need information sufficient to locate your request and verify it safely.
Children and sensitive information
The site does not ask visitors for their age, date of birth or sensitive personal information. Please do not send children’s personal information in a support message. If you believe such information has been sent to us, contact the privacy address so it can be reviewed and removed as appropriate. No game login is required to read the guides or use the tools.
Updates
