Uryu Ishida Mirrors High — field notes
Variant: Quincy
Source: https://bleach-mh.bn-ent.net/en/news/12791
Published facts:
- His skill increases Arts 2 damage by 15% for 10 counts.
- The final Innate Ability adds 24% Attack and 11% Arts 1 damage while Poisoned.
- His Mortal Blow inflicts 15% damage on himself over time.

Question to test: Track health loss and completion rate as well as damage. Do not assume Poison bonuses activate without checking the current effect.
Caution: His Mortal Blow includes self-inflicted damage over time. That downside must be included in the evaluation.
